Today was a chilly (by Orange County standards, anyway), rainy sort of day. And it was the first day back to work and school for our household. Made for a day that was hard to find any kind of mojo at all, and I lacked motivation all day. Blech. But the one good thing you can say about rainy days is that it makes for some fantastic macro photo opportunities! I like that - it's better than faking it with a spray bottle. LOL! Anyway, I grabbed my camera, put on one of my macro filters (because a macro lens doesn't live in this house - yet), and stepped out my front door to see what was waiting for me. Lo and behold! Raindrops on leaves. Certainly not a surprise, but perfect for my needs!
So cool. I need to get my macro out again!
ReplyDeleteI love Macros!!!! Great shot!

ReplyDeletelove this! tara
There is that one drop of water that I just love sitting there. Nice bokeh.
ReplyDeleteLovely shot. It is true how the day when everyone goes back to work and school its as if all the 'umph' just whistles out of us like a deflated balloon. Well done on the picture. I keep playing with the idea of macro filters because Macro hasn't found its way to this house yet either.
ReplyDeleteI haven't had my macro lens on my camera for several months. You are inspiring me.
ReplyDeleteLove macros! Great shot!
